Subscription

1. How Do I Subscribe?

   Sign up by heading over to this page & creating a subscription account. Once you submit the form, you will have to wait for subscription approval before you can view our subscriber-only pages.
   

2. How do I end my subscription?

   Subscribers will periodically receive emails from Imagine with updates about our website or magazine. At the bottom of each of these emails you will find a link to unsubscribe. Simply click this link and follow the steps to be removed from our site's subscription list.
   

3. I thought I subscribed but I can't log in?

   Once you subscribe, one of our staff has to approve your subscription before you can log in. If it's been over 2 or 3 days and you still can't access your new account, email webmaster@imaginemag.org with your problem.
   

Technical Difficulties

1. My computer won't let me download/read the pdf file?

   In order to download and read our magazine you must have some program on your computer that is able to read pdf documents. The most popular software is Adobe Reader. However, there are many, more generic softwares that will read this file type. Try googling "pdf readers" and see which program will work best for your computer.
   

2. I was looking at your website on my friend's computer & it looked much more nice than it does on my comptuer, why?

   Normally this problem occurs on computers that have some sort of internet filter. If you have one of these filters, you will need to make sure that imaginemag.org and webs.com are both on your "approved sites" list.
   

Staff

1. I would like to be a writer or photographer on your staff, how do I apply?

   Under the "About Us" tab, click on the link that says "Staff Application." On this page you'll find everything you need to know about applying to our staff. If you still have questions, feel free to email us at staff@imaginemag.org!
   

2. How do I contact a staff member?

   For a complete listing of staff email addresses, please check out our contact page.
   

3. I would like to interview Allison for my blog/website. Would she be open to an interview?

   Yes she would! Please email our media & marketing assitant, Hannah Kingsley at media@imaginemag.org & she will help you coordinate the interview.
   

Support & Advertisement

1. Does Imagine offer advertisement space?

   Yes! Please contact media@imaginemag.org for information on free and paid advertising options.
   

2. I'd like to support Imagine financially, who do I contact?

3. How do I contribute a contest prize?

   We are always needing sponsors & donations for our contests. Please email media@imaginemag.org.
   

4. I am an author, publisher, company, etc. How do I find out about interview, advertisement & contribution opportunities?
